These simulations require a careful mesh treatment. It is very important to use the advantages of several programs in order to create a reliable mesh, which has a high role in the accuracy of the simulations, otherwise inaccurate results will likely appear.

Quality of the simulation results is achieve not only by reliability of the calculation mesh, but also by their overview from an hydraulics engineering perspective and always by being aware of the model/software limitations.

I also have experience in simulating bridges, river junctions and levees in which a proper mesh accuracy is needed for obtaining accurate results, which often involve monetary and social consequences.
